Architectural Designer Job in Manhattan, New York, USA

New Architectural Designer Job, with a commercial architecture and interior design firm in New York. The role will see you work on commercial/corporate interior design projects as part of an established and award-winning design firm. Offering a salary of up to $100,000 + hybrid working + benefits!

Specializing in corporate interiors this practice has a long-standing history of working with prestigious clients across the globe, in both the workplace and retail sector. The team of 200+ works from two offices in New York, covering all stages of architecture and design. Due to the continued expansion of their portfolio, they’re now looking to appoint an Architectural Designer on a full-time permanent basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work across all stages from schematic design through to construction administration
  • Creation of construction documents in Revit
  • Conduct site visits as and when required
  • Liaise with external contractors and consultants
  • Work closely with the project manager across all stages.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in commercial/corporate interior design from an architectural firm
  • Strong Revit skills are essential; SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Suite skills are also desirable
  • Experienced at creating construction documents and overseeing construction administration
  • On-site experience.
