My client is a multidisciplinary practice of Chartered Valuation and Building Surveyors and Chartered Architects.

They aim to provide independent and creative advice on value design and structure, and offer a wide range of services including:

• A Homebuyer’s Survey
• A Homebuyer’s Report
• Lease Extension Advice
• Party Wall Consultancy
• House Valuations
• Building Surveyors

Their team of Chartered Architects and Chartered Surveyors are based in London, comprising an eclectic mix of professionals who have expertise in a diverse range of specialties.

They have offices here and abroad and their consultants across the country allow them to offer a near nationwide service for commercial property and full coverage of the South East and much of the country for residential services.

My client is looking to recruit a talented Architectural Assistant to join their team in London.

The successful candidate will be working along side the director to help develop the company portfolio.

AutoCAD is an advantage but not essential.

Our client is prepared to pay a competitive rate for the right candidate.
