Architectural Assistant - London (EC)

Our client has recently celebrated 100 years in practice. They are committed to maintaining the high standards and the forward looking approach sustained over three generations of this family based practice set up in 1906 by the grandfather of the current director.

They are based in central London and carry out projects both within London and countrywide. Their work comprises new build and refurbishment projects including many where conservation is an important factor.

Projects range in size from single private houses/dwelling to large institutions and in scope and build cost from £100,000 to £100,000,000.

Our client is now looking to recruit an Architectural Assistant to join their team based in central London.

You will also be RIBA qualified and have previous experience working in a UK based private practice.

The successful applicant must be competent with Vectorworks on Mac. You will be working on an educational project in London altering working drawings of an existing building. You will also be preparing schedules for construction and have the ability to work at your own initiative.

Cross platform experience is essential for this role. Good CAD and Technical skills are a necessity.
