Architectural 3D Visualiser - Chelsea, London

Winners of ‘The Sunday Times Best British Homes Award’ my client is an architectural practice with an energetic team of 40 staff, based in the beautiful area of Chelsea. They now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, enthusiastic and confident 3D Visualiser to join them and help complement the architectural team.

Working across a range of residential, commercial, hotel and mixed-use projects, my client have a reputation in the architectural industry for bringing both a personal touch and a wealth of experience to each and every project they deliver. Specialising in high quality deliverable design, they offer complete architectural and interiors services from inception, all the way through to post completion.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely alongside one of the Directors, assisting the design team in producing high quality drawings and visualisations for a number of architectural projects. You will be expected to produce excellent visuals of a variety of building types, landscapes and interiors, preparing 3D visuals on a range of projects, anywhere from initial design intent, to fully designed schemes. My clients work is hugely diverse, allowing the successful candidate to constantly be working on new projects and challenges.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in the production of 3D images, including diagrams and sketch/ conceptual imagery as well as realistic CGI
• An advanced user of 3DS Max, VRay and Adobe suite
• Knowledge of Corona is also beneficial
• Able to create fly-through animations
• Experience handling MicroStation files would be beneficial
• Able to create renders to a professional photo-realistic standard
• Experience in Augmented Reality would be highly advantageous
• Able to present an extensive portfolio of visual work, displaying photo-realistic architectural designs
• Be creative and innovative
• Excellent communication and liaison skills
• Confident working alone with minimal supervision
• Happy to be the only Visualiser in the practice
• Demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication
• Self-motivated and hands on
• A positive and upbeat attitude
• Have a good team spirit

Salary & Package

£35,000 – £39,000 Fully dependent on experience.
