An exciting opportunity for an experience Architect to join a construction and property consultancy based in Buckinghamshire, who provide Architectural and Project Management services across a range of sectors and have continued to flourish post-Brexit

Established in 1986, the multi-disciplinary team located in Milton Keynes provide services across a wide range of sectors with 12 new contracts in 15 months. Their portfolio comprises of a £2.9 million residential development, a conversion of an office block to residential development which was a finalist in the ‘UK Top 60 Development’ 2015 and a £47 million, ongoing, housing scheme which achieved a Housing Design Award.

Roles and Responsibilities

The successful Part III qualified Architect will be responsible for working on residential projects covering RIBA Stages 0 – 4. You will be required to job run and meet clients for 1 – 2 days each week whilst providing support on Revit and AutoCAD when in the office.

Required Skills and Experience

• Qualified Part III Architect with a minimum of 4 years’ experience
• Proven ability at job running
• Cover RIBA stages 0 to 4
• Strong knowledge of construction and building technology
• Good working knowledge and ability to work on Revit and AutoCAD
• An excellent ability to communicate with clients

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will be offered a generous package, including a salary of up to £48,000 DOE, along with the benefits as listed:

• Annual bonus scheme – based on personal and company performance for up to 20% of your salary
• 28 days paid holiday
