Job Summary
Architect Job West London is available with a high end real estate and development company based in Fitzrovia. This in house Architecture role offers the opportunity to lead luxury residential projects across London and Europe from concept through to completion.
Working closely with the Managing Director, the successful architect will take responsibility for project delivery across all RIBA stages. The role includes both architectural and interior design responsibilities and offers a high level of autonomy. You will be involved in live projects from day one and will regularly travel overseas to support international developments.
This position suits a confident architect who enjoys hands on project leadership, site coordination and close collaboration with senior decision makers.

Their projects typically involve luxury residential refurbishments, new build developments and bespoke interior architecture. Design quality is central to every project and the leadership team works closely with consultants and contractors to ensure exceptional delivery standards.
The company is now expanding its internal Architecture capability to support its growing portfolio of international residential developments.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA project stages from early concept design through to completion
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director to develop and refine architectural concepts
- Take day to day responsibility for the coordination and delivery of projects
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants and contractors during project development
- Manage on site activity and resolve construction issues where required
- Design bespoke joinery and interior architectural elements for luxury residential spaces
- Travel internationally when required to support European projects and site visits
- Contribute to both architectural and interior design development across multiple schemes
- Maintain strong design standards throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years post qualification experience on UK based Architecture projects
- Proven ability to work independently across all RIBA stages
- Experience supervising projects on site and managing construction coordination
- Strong design capability including interior architecture and bespoke joinery design
- Ability to interpret and deliver a design vision with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills when working with clients and contractors
- Proactive and hands on approach to project delivery
- Confidence working within a small collaborative team environment
- Willingness to travel overseas when required
