Role & Responsibilities

  • Work across high end residential and mixed use projects from concept through to completion
  • Prepare and develop design drawings, models, and presentation materials
  • Produce detailed technical construction information for project delivery
  • Collaborate within a small project team to meet programme and quality targets
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD daily for design and technical coordination
  • Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and stakeholders as required
  • Supervise junior team members and support their development
  • Report project progress to senior staff and directors

Skills & Experience Required

  • Part III qualified Architect with minimum one year UK professional experience
  • Experience working on high end residential or mixed use projects within the UK
  • Strong design and technical skills across RIBA stages three and four
  • Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD with experience on live UK projects
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and 3D modelling software
  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines within project environments
  • Strong communication skills for client and team engagement
  • Professional approach with attention to detail and design quality

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary range between £38,000 and £50,000 depending on experience and level
