Job Summary
Architect Job Tower Hamlets is available with an award-winning AJ100 practice working across Architecture projects. The role is based in Tower Hamlets, London, supporting large-scale residential-led placemaking projects. You will contribute to planning applications, design development, and graphic communication across major UK schemes.
The team is working on new urban quarters and neighbourhoods at outline planning and detailed design stages. You will join a collaborative studio culture with strong benefits and progression opportunities. About the Company
This award-winning AJ100 international placemaking practice has a London studio of just under 100 people. The practice delivers placemaking projects across multiple scales, from major towns and cities to neighbourhoods, streets, and buildings. Its current workload includes new urban quarters and residential-led neighbourhoods across the UK.

Role & Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design and delivery of planning applications for major residential-led developments
- Produce high-quality design material, presentation content, and graphic communication for project submissions
- Work collaboratively within a talented and supportive studio team across varied project stages
- Engage with projects from early concept design through to detailed design development stages
- Support large-scale UK residential-led schemes that shape neighbourhoods, streets, and communities
- Coordinate design information clearly while maintaining strong visual communication and project quality standards
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect or equivalent international qualification with relevant professional project experience
- Experience supporting successful planning applications for large-scale UK residential-led projects
- Strong design and graphic communication skills across presentation, planning, and design development work
- Proficiency with Revit is highly desirable for collaborative project delivery and design coordination
- Collaborative and enthusiastic approach with a clear passion for placemaking and community-focused design
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without a visa or sponsorship requirement
