Architect job Tottenham is available with an architecture and interior studio based in Tottenham, London. This Architecture role focuses on high-end residential, commercial and luxury hospitality projects across refurbishment and new build schemes.

This opportunity is with a multidisciplinary architecture and interior design studio established in 2008. The practice has a vibrant team of architectural and interior design staff. It is a medium-sized studio predominantly specialising in residential and commercial sectors.
The team works on refurbishment and new build projects for private clients in the UK and worldwide. The practice offers a collaborative design environment with exposure to high-end residential, commercial and hospitality schemes. Role & Responsibilities
- Work alongside the architectural team on high-end residential, commercial and luxury hospitality projects
- Work across all RIBA stages on varied refurbishment and new build project schemes
- Use Revit and AutoCAD to an excellent standard on a daily basis
- Support design development, technical coordination and construction information across multiple project stages
- Collaborate with architectural and interior design colleagues within a multidisciplinary studio environment
- Attend site meetings when required to assess services and requirements of new sites
- Liaise confidently with contractors and subcontractors throughout design coordination and delivery stages
Skills & Experience Required
- Part III qualified Architect with at least two years of post qualification experience
- Experience working across high-end residential, commercial or hospitality projects within practice environments
- Professional working experience within the UK and solid knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong design flair with ability to contribute creatively across varied project types
- Excellent technical and construction knowledge is essential for successful project delivery responsibilities
- Experience attending site meetings and assessing requirements of new sites would be beneficial
- Confident liaising with contractors and subcontractors throughout project coordination and delivery stages
- Highly proficient in Revit with good working knowledge of AutoCAD for daily use
Salary & Benefits
- Salary offered between £37,000 – £45,000 depending on previous experience and technical ability
- 28 days holiday entitlement increasing by one day for each year of service
