Architect - Shoreditch, London

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a practice specialising in bespoke residential projects with a portfolio of completed projects both in the UK and overseas.

The practice is a leading London based studio which practices making architecture, interiors and furniture through design and analysis. They have an intense interest in their work from inception to post-occupancy.

Roles & Responsibilities

In the short term the successful candidate will be running an exciting listed building project in the heart of London for a private client and in the longer term, they will play a prominent role in other projects, based in the UK, Los Angeles, and the Caribbean.

Required Skills & Experience

• Must be fluent in Vectorworks, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite on the MAC platform
• Have at least 2 years post Part III experience
• Have an excellent understanding of all RIBA stages
• Have strong knowledge in construction, detailing and client liaison
• Experience in high-end interiors and conservation projects is favourable
• Experience running projects with a contract value of £2million+ is essential
• Must have experience working on UK-based projects
• Must have excellent English vocabulary
• Experience in guiding a design team from inception through to project completion
