Architect - Shoreditch, London

A multi-award winning and rapidly expanding architectural and interior design studio based in Shoreditch with multiple offices located all over the country.

Established over 60 years ago, the practice has successfully won over 150 different awards and has worked on over 5000 different projects. The practice has developed a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK, Wales, Scotland, and Liverpool; covering projects in a wide range of sectors including commercial, hotels, transport, infrastructure, healthcare, arts & cultural, civic, education, residential, mixed-use development sites, large-scale buildings, and conservation.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to direct projects from inception to completion whilst occupying key positions within the studio. You will be expected to take initiative and work autonomously whilst also working creatively as part of the team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Part III qualified or equivalent
• Experience working on all RIBA stages of a project with excellent design and technical ability
• Working knowledge of Revit/BIM
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Sound knowledge of UK building regulations is essential
• Experience working on residential, mixed-use, regeneration and education sectors is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong written and verbal English language

Salary

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £36,000 – £45,000 depending on experience.
