Architect job London is available with a young and growing high-end residential practice delivering prestigious homes across the capital. This Architecture role is remote and suited to a London-based Architect able to attend weekly site and client meetings.
The position focuses on listed building projects in Belgravia, South Kensington and wider Kensington and Chelsea locations. The successful candidate will lead high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages while working directly alongside the founder.
This role includes drawings, models, presentations, consultant coordination and involvement in interiors and FF&E packages. About the Company
This opportunity is with a young and growing high-end residential architecture practice. The practice works across prime central London homes, including architecture, interiors and FF&E, alongside smaller new-build developments in Surrey.
With newly secured Grade II-listed projects in RBKC and beyond, the business is now looking for an Architect to support live project delivery. The role offers close collaboration with the founder and involvement in shaping the practice’s future. The company provides a remote working structure with regular London meetings and a flexible approach.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead high-end residential projects through all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
- Work independently on listed building projects, primarily across Kensington and Chelsea locations
- Attend weekly site and client meetings in London to support project delivery requirements
- Produce drawings, models and presentations using AutoCAD and SketchUp for live projects
- Coordinate consultants and contractors while maintaining clear communication across project teams
- Contribute to interior design and FF&E packages as required across residential schemes
- Help mentor junior staff as the team grows and project responsibilities expand
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience working on listed building projects within high-end residential architecture environments
- Experience within RBKC projects is highly desirable for this London-based Architect position
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills across meetings, presentations and project coordination
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely while managing project responsibilities independently
- Proficient using AutoCAD and SketchUp for drawings, models and project presentations
- London-based and able to attend site and client meetings on a weekly basis
- ARB registration is not essential, with relevant experience considered most important
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship for this role
Salary & Benefits
- Salary offered between £40,000 – £43,000 depending on previous experience and project background
- Fully remote and home-based role for London-based candidates only
- Flexible working hours, typically structured around 9am to 6pm
- 21 days holiday plus bank holidays, Christmas shutdown and birthday leave entitlement

- Online CPD sessions and professional memberships paid to support continued development
