Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical design work across education projects ensuring coordinated and compliant design outputs
• Develop feasibility studies early-stage concepts and detailed technical packages aligned with project requirements
• Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure robust integration of structural mechanical and planning information
• Prepare drawings reports and documentation for planning submissions and tender packages across multiple project stages
• Engage with clients local authorities and design teams to support project delivery and maintain clear communication
• Monitor design development ensuring adherence to building regulations planning policies and technical standards
• Manage project information flow maintaining accuracy consistency and clarity across all documentation
• Contribute to collaborative studio working supporting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and experience within UK Architecture practice environments
• Strong technical background ideally with experience delivering education or public sector projects in the UK
• Proven ability to produce detailed drawings and coordinate complex technical information across project stages
• Proficiency in AutoCAD with working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite beneficial
• Good understanding of UK planning policy building regulations and construction processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients consultants and stakeholders
• Ability to manage deadlines and workload effectively within a structured and collaborative team environment
• Proactive approach with a focus on accuracy technical quality and continuous professional development

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £38,000 and £45,000 depending on experience within technical Architecture roles
