Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver residential and mixed-use projects across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
• Produce detailed technical drawings and coordinated Revit models for project delivery
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure integrated design outputs
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning standards across all stages
• Support design reviews and contribute to project development meetings
• Attend site visits and assist with coordination during construction phases
• Maintain quality standards across technical and design deliverables
• Assist in managing project timelines and deliverables within a collaborative team environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years experience within UK architecture practice focused on residential projects
• Strong proficiency in Revit with experience producing technical drawings on live projects
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policy requirements
• Experience coordinating with consultants and contractors across project stages
• Ability to work confidently across all RIBA stages within a project team
• Strong communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple project tasks effectively
• Eligibility to work in the UK with a commitment to professional development

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £38,000 and £45,000 depending on experience and capability
• 22 to 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays based on grade
