Architect - London (SE16)

Due to ongoing growth and the success of the company our client is now looking to recruit an architect to join their team based in London (SE)

The successful candidate will be RIBA Part III qualified, ARB Registered and have previous UK experience.

The successful candidate will be working within the UK Property department; your main role is to create new store projects from conception through to completion. Our client has plans to build up to another 15 stores in the UK over the next coming years.

You will have a sound knowledge of UK building regulations compliance and adapt the standard concept to fit UK regulations and the specific site chosen.

As part of the small development team, you’ll help our expansion managers to create new projects and you’ll directly liaise/negotiate with other parties’ architects, clients etc.

You’ll be the preferred contact person for our international architect team in our Head Quarters in France, so experience of French knowledge would be an advantage.

This position will involve travel throughout the UK and sometimes to France.

You will be working for a large sports retail outlet so candidates who are athletic minded would be an advantage.

Knowledge of AutoCAD and Photoshop is essential.

This position offers a competitive salary from £30,000pa – £35,000pa dependent on experience.
