Architect - London

Our client is seeking, with immediate start, an experienced contract architect to join thier expanding team.

The role will be working on a refurbishment of a high spec grade two listed house in central London and will be for 1- 2 months initially.

You will be ARB registered and have previous UK experience.

The candidate will have a minimum 8 years experience running similar projects in central London, and extensive experience dealing with Planning, Listed Building Consent, Building Control, structural engineers, quantity surveyors, services consultants and all other professions required in taking a project forward. Previous management experience is also essential as you will have assistance with drawings etc. Excellent working knowledge of CAD is essential.

The successful candidate will need excellent experience in detailing for extensions and infill extensions, DPM and substrate detailing for new foundations, dry lining, new roof construction detailing.
