Architect / Job Runner (Residential Listed Buildings) - London

An exciting new opportunity to join a leading London based practice specialising in high-end bespoke residential projects.

An opportunity now exists for a talented and motivated Architect to take on the role of Job Runner and to take a leading role on the renovation and extensions to listed buildings and / or conservation area buildings, including basements.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to deal with all aspects of the project, from a completed design to project completion. Contract administration and specification writing experience is essential.

All applicants must be able to demonstrate significant previous experience working on high end residential projects in London, this must include works to listed buildings. You will ideally be a fully qualified and chartered Architect however candidates without a full professional qualification will be considered if they have the correct level of experience.

AutoCAD literacy essential and hand sketching experience beneficial.
