Architect/Job Runner (Maternity Cover) - London

Our client is a mutli award winning architectural practice with a portfolio of projects across the high end residential and commercial sectors. An opportunity now exists for an Architect with previous job running experience to take on a long term contract role to provide maternity cover.

The successful candidate will be working independently on packages of work for high end residential projects typically London town houses ranging in value between £2.5-£4.5million.

Applicants for this role must be fully qualified and will ideally have a minimum of 3 years post part III experience and have experience working through all RIBA stages. Experience working on high end residential projects and high quality bespoke designs is essential. Applicants for this role will be supported by a Director but will enjoy a role in which they are encouraged to work independently and take full responsibility for their own projects. Good communication skills and the ability to be confident in dealing directly with clients essential. All applicants must have a thorough knowledge of construction details and an ability to produce presentation drawings.

With an expanding portfolio of work and plans to grow the office this role has the potential to become permanent.
