Role & Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and coordination across all RIBA work stages, ensuring consistent project delivery and quality outcomes.
• Prepare and manage planning applications, building regulations submissions and contract administration processes across multiple project phases.
• Develop detailed 2D and 3D design information using Revit, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
• Contribute to concept design, schematic development and technical detailing across a variety of project types.
• Produce technical drawings, reports and presentation material for clients, consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Support the preparation of project specifications, schedules and cost information to aid project delivery and decision making.
• Undertake site visits and surveys, recording key data and assessing existing conditions to inform design development.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and wider design teams to maintain programme alignment and project coordination.

Skills & Experience Required

• RIBA Part 3 qualified with ARB registration and a strong understanding of UK architectural practice standards.
• Minimum two years post qualification experience working across RIBA stages within a UK based architecture environment.
• Strong technical and design skills with the ability to produce coordinated and accurate architectural drawings.
• Proficiency in Revit for both design development and technical delivery across complex project types.
• Working knowledge of UK planning processes, building regulations and contract administration procedures.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving ability with attention to detail across both design and technical aspects of projects.
• Understanding of construction methods, materials and sustainable design principles within the built environment.
