An expanding RIBA chartered practice based in the beautiful location of Islington, currently arranging a benefits package that offers candidates a long-term opportunity to develop to a Director level role, without spending a penny.

Established in 1991, the company consists of a team of 20 members of staff, offering wide-ranging architectural services and providing unique and bespoke designs to suit each individual client’s needs.

The practice primarily specialises in mid to high-end residential projects, involving both new-build and conversion projects; either as one-off schemes for private end users, or for speculative commercial clients. In addition to their high-end projects, their portfolio also includes a list of other projects in sectors such as affordable and social housing, healthcare, education, private and commercial offices, listed buildings, master planning and industrial.

Role & Responsibilities

This role will offer the successful candidate the chance to work on a variety of high-end projects across the UK, predominantly within London and Essex. You will be working on a variety of RIBA stages and will be expected to attend site visits and meetings.

Required Skills & Experience

  • RIBA Part III qualified or equivalent
  • A minimum of 3 years post part III professional experience
  • Must be eligible to work within the UK, with strong knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience working on high-end residential buildings
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Experience of working on all RIBA stages would be an advantage
  • Eligible to drive within the UK and ownership of a car would be highly beneficial for this role

Salary & Package

You will be offered a generous salary of between £35,000 and £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
