Architect – Havant, Portsmouth

An opportunity for an Architect to join a multi award winning practice to work on a diverse range of Hospitably and Residential projects.

Based in a large converted town house near the centre of Havant, this medium sized practice possess a diverse range of project types varying from hotel projects worth in excess of £25 million to commercial and residential projects at all levels.

Due to continued success and repeat business, they have a requirement for an Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

Preparing working drawings, building regulations and specifications
Manage client/firm relationships and all contractor arrangements
Visit site periodically, attend project meetings and observe construction progress when and where required
Running own projects across all RIBA stages

Required Skills & Experience

Knowledge of the UK planning regulations
Able to produce accurate and concise drawings
Experience using ArchiCAD is essential
Portfolio showing a project background featuring contemporary styled projects

Salary & Package

The role would offer a salary between £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience.
