Architect - Hampstead, London

A successful RIBA Chartered practice in Hampstead with an exciting list of upcoming new build and refurbishment projects.

Established in 2012, the practice is committed to thoughtful and strategic design with a wide-ranging portfolio including a variety of sectors such as residential, workplace, commercial and educational projects. The practice is renowned for their attention to detail when running projects through from inception to completion ensuring that the projects are finished to the highest of standards.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be taking on a leading role on a number of exciting refurbishment and new-build projects. You will be running the project through a number of different RIBA stages and working closely with clients at times throughout the process. You will also be coordinating with external consultants and contractors on a regular basis.

Required Skills & Experience

• Part III qualified or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years post part III experience
• Experience or knowledge of working on both commercial and residential projects
• Proficient in using Vectorworks, V-ray and Adobe Creative Suite
• Good amount of experience running projects through planning, design, tender and construction stages
• Good knowledge of products and detailing
• Excellent communication, design and presentation skills are essential along with strong written and verbal English language
• 3D modelling skills would be an advantage

Salary

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £35,000 – £45,000 per year, depending on experience.
