Role & Responsibilities

• Lead projects from planning stage through construction and completion
• Produce detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
• Manage project delivery across all RIBA stages
• Coordinate consultants contractors and project stakeholders
• Attend and lead client meetings throughout project delivery
• Resolve technical design and construction related queries
• Prepare and present design and technical information to clients

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years post qualification experience working within the UK
• ARB registered Architect
• Experience delivering Residential and Education sector projects
• Strong Revit proficiency with ability to produce detailed technical packages
• Working knowledge of NBS specifications
• Experience running projects and managing small project teams
• Confident client facing communication skills across all RIBA stages
