Role & Responsibilities

• Work across all RIBA stages delivering projects from concept design through to construction and completion
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure coordinated and high-quality project delivery
• Prepare detailed technical drawings, specifications and planning documentation for approvals and construction
• Contribute creative design ideas to project development and support presentation materials for client engagement
• Assist with site visits, contract administration and coordination during construction phases
• Maintain design integrity while ensuring compliance with regulations and project requirements
• Manage workload across multiple projects ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently achieved
• Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing within a studio-based environment

Skills & Experience Required

• Fully qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist with UK project experience across multiple sectors
• Minimum 3 years experience working across RIBA Stages 1-5 within an architectural practice
• Strong design and technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD and preferably Revit software
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations, planning processes and construction methodologies
• Experience delivering high-end residential or heritage projects within a UK context is advantageous
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and project teams
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proactive and creative approach to problem solving within design and technical delivery

Salary & Benefits

• Salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000 depending on experience and capability
• Full-time position based on 37.5 hours per week within a structured working schedule
