Architect – Gloucestershire

Based in a picturesque village in the heart of the Cotswolds this award-winning practice is looking to take on design led Architect to join the team.

Established over 40 years ago this highly successful practice is made up of a staff of around 20 people. They focus on mainly residential projects ranging from housing developments to bespoke barn conversions.
Due to continued success they are looking to recruit Architect to join friendly team.

Role & Responsibilities

Preparing scheme proposals, submitting planning applications, including preparing planning statements and planning administration
Coordinating information required to support planning applications.
Managing projects from initial conceptual designs right through to onsite completion
Developing drawings and specifications for building regulations applications.
Preparing detailed construction information and specifications.

Required Skills & Experience

Good communication skills
A minimum of 2 years UK project experience
Able to demonstrate a flair for design
Experience in current Building Regulations and Standards
Previous Residential experience would be highly advantageous
Experience with AutoCAD or Revit would be beneficial
