I currently have a new role with a high-end residential specialist practice located near Oxford offering the chance to work on bespoke projects including the refurbishment of a stately home and contemporary mansions which include features such as unground swimming pools and health complex.

Working from 2 studios in the southeast this successful Architecture and Interior Design practice has an impressive portfolio of high-end residential projects, ranging from 1 to 4 million pounds in value.
Their work style varies from the traditional to the highly contemporary so having excellent design and technical skills are a must.

Each of their offices remain interactive with one another, using Skype as a form of regular communication, and meeting as an entire team on a regular basis both for training and social events; including race days, treasure hunts and fun competitions.

Role & Responsibilities

Working on High-end residential projects.
Consulting directly with clients in the concept and budgeting stages of projects.
Take complete responsibility for your own projects from design through to construction.
Maintaining and monitoring the high design standards within the office.
Working with external contractors.

Required Skills & Experience

Part III qualification and ARB registration or equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working on projects of a similar size and value within the residential sector.
Experience of managing your own projects.
Good technical skills
ArchiCAD would be a great advantage however training will be provided.
Experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (1-7).
Confidence in dealing directly with clients.
Full driving licence.

Salary & Package

The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary between £38,000 – £40,000 depending on experience. The practice would also offer company pension, bonus structure, regular CPD and will pay your ARB/RIBA memberships.
