Working from 2 studios across the country, this successful Architecture and Interior Design practice has a backbone of high-end residential and domestic projects, accumulating more than 130 projects a year. These commissions range from £350,000 – £2million in contract value, and include extensions, refurbishments and new builds within London, Oxford, Surrey and along the South Coast.
Each of their offices remain interactive with one another, using Skype as a form of regular communication, and meeting as an entire team on a regular basis both for training and social events; including race days, treasure hunts and fun competitions.
Role & Responsibilities
Working on High-end residential projects.
Consulting directly with clients in the concept and budgeting stages of projects.
Take complete responsibility for your own projects from design through to construction.
Maintaining and monitoring the high design standards within the office.
Working with external contractors.
Required Skills & Experience
Part III qualification and ARB registration or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on projects of a similar size and value within the residential sector.
Experience of managing your own projects.
A portfolio that is able to demonstrate examples of residential and conservation projects.
ArchiCAD would be a great advantage however training will be provided.
Experience leading projects through all RIBA stages (1-7).
Confidence in dealing directly with clients.
Full driving licence.
Salary & Package
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a basic salary between £38,000 – £45,000 depending on experience. The practice would also offer company pension, bonus structure, regular CPD and will pay your ARB/RIBA memberships.
