Architect Job East London is now available with a company delivering creative workspace and co-working projects. This Architecture role focuses on creative space projects, including design, specification and delivery across all RIBA stages.
You will be the most senior member of the in-house design team, designing spaces and solutions with confidence. The role involves leading architectural projects from concept to completion, while working closely with internal teams and consultants. You will prepare design proposals, produce tender documents and oversee detailed construction information.

You will join an in-house design team and work as the most senior architectural team member. The role offers responsibility across design, specification, delivery and internal process improvement. Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept through to completion across all RIBA stages
- Create designs that interpret company needs, motivations, budgets and wider project requirements effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to develop design briefs and coordinated proposals
- Prepare and present design proposals including 2D drawings, 3D visualisations and architectural models
- Take responsibility for producing full tender documents, construction documents, specifications and schedules
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and designers where required during project delivery stages
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, review quality and ensure compliance with project requirements
- Set internal standards, processes and working methods to support consistent delivery across projects
Skills & Experience Required
- Three to five years post Part III experience within architectural design and project delivery roles
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and technical building design across relevant project types
- Strong design skills with proven experience delivering projects from concept through to completion
- Experience with hotels, large scale commercial or student accommodation projects would be suitable
- Extensive experience in package production, detailed coordination and onsite architectural project delivery
- Proven ability to produce technical detailing images and communicate design information clearly
- Extensive proficiency using ArchiCAD, AutoCAD or Vectorworks, with 3D visualisation software preferred
- Excellent written and verbal English with confidence presenting proposals and communicating technical information
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range of £40,000 – £50,000 DOE depending on experience and suitability
- Hybrid working option with one day working from home each week
