Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver residential projects from concept through to completion across agreed project stages
• Produce high-quality design drawings and technical documentation for residential project delivery requirements
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to support successful project outcomes
• Contribute to design reviews while helping maintain quality, coordination, and design intent
• Mentor junior team members and provide clear guidance across project tasks and deadlines
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements throughout project stages
• Manage multiple residential projects while maintaining communication, accuracy, and programme awareness

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and proven professional experience within UK architectural practice
• Proven experience delivering residential projects within the UK from design through technical stages
• Strong design and technical skills with confidence producing accurate coordinated project information
• Proficiency in Revit is essential for design documentation and technical project delivery
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills when working with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise deadlines, and maintain consistent delivery standards
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations, planning requirements, and residential compliance expectations

Salary & Benefits

• £43,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
• 7.5-hour workday with flexible start and finish between 7am and 7pm
• Core working hours from 10am to 4pm
• Hybrid working with 4 days in office and 1 day remote
• Remote day available on Tuesday or Wednesday
