Role & Responsibilities

• Lead a growing team delivering multiple residential adaptation projects annually with clear output targets
• Manage projects across all RIBA stages with full involvement from concept design through completion
• Provide technical oversight from Stage 3 through construction and post-completion phases
• Administer contracts using JCT forms including minor works and intermediate contracts regularly
• Coordinate with internal departments to support long-term team development and capability growth
• Deliver bespoke residential adaptations including specialist features such as hydrotherapy and access solutions
• Maintain consistent communication with clients, consultants and site teams throughout project lifecycle
• Work closely with individuals and families, demonstrating empathy during sensitive and complex scenarios

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience delivering Stage 5 residential projects with proven technical capability
• Demonstrated experience administering JCT contracts across multiple project types
• Proficiency in Revit with ability to manage coordinated project information effectively
• Experience managing multiple live projects across planning, tender and construction stages
• Background in domestic residential work with understanding of client-focused design delivery
• Experience in adaptation or complex residential environments is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients, consultants and multidisciplinary teams
• High levels of empathy, patience and resilience when working in emotionally sensitive environments

Salary & Benefits

• £40,000 – £55,000 salary depending on experience

• Flexible working hours with start and finish times between 7am and 7pm
• Core working hours between 10am and 4pm for team collaboration
• Hybrid working pattern with four days in office and one remote day weekly
