Job Summary
Architect Job London is an Architecture role with a multi-award-winning architecture and building consultancy. The role is based in London from a Clerkenwell studio and supports a diverse portfolio of UK projects. You will develop project briefs into coordinated design solutions in line with the RIBA Plan of Work.
The position involves preparing efficient, sustainable and compliant architectural designs while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams. You will support planning applications, Building Regulations submissions, Building Safety Gateway requirements and project governance procedures.
The role also includes specification writing using NBS, design risk registers, document control and collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors and stakeholders. Architect Job London suits an ARB registered Architect with Revit experience, strong design communication skills and knowledge of UK construction standards.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop project briefs into coordinated design solutions in line with the RIBA Plan of Work
- Contribute to the development of Pre-Construction Information and agreed project deliverables
- Prepare efficient, sustainable and compliant architectural designs across varied UK project work
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project outcomes and design quality
- Advise on material selection, technical solutions and specification requirements using NBS systems
- Support planning applications, Building Regulations submissions and Building Safety Gateway requirements
- Attend meetings and workshops with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
- Manage project documentation and document control processes in line with company protocols
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect with a minimum of 2 years UK architectural experience
- Commercial and contractual awareness with experience supporting coordinated project design delivery
- Experience working across multiple sectors would be advantageous within a consultancy environment
- Advanced knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and digital visualisation tools
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Autodesk Revit within architectural practice
- Experience using Newforma Project Center for project and document management requirements
- Knowledge of UK Construction Law, British Standards and relevant Codes of Practice
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills across clients, consultants and wider teams
