Architect – Christchurch -Dorset

Founded 27 years ago this small practice has developed a strong network over the years with a variety of clients working on mainly healthcare, education and residential based projects.
The practice is keen to embrace new technologies and is looking for an Architect who is looking to develop and progress their career in the practice.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be working within a sociable and relaxed team of professionals on a number of project types including education, residential and health care. You will be responsible for working on a variety of RIBA stages, from concept through planning and construction, and will be expected to attend meetings with clients, design team members and contractors.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of 5 years UK experience
Full understanding of UK building regulations
Experienced with the use of Revit
Good presentation skills (written, spoken and drawn)
Experience in working on traditional contract types

Salary & Package

You will be offered a salary of between £35,000 – £40,000 depending on experience, and the role would also offer healthcare and pension.
