Architect Job in Chichester West Sussex

This successful architectural practice has an Architect job available working on a number of industrial projects.

This well-established practice has an excellent reputation for design quality and has developed long-standing relationships with a wide range of clients across the UK. They possess a varied portfolio of projects including education, residential, retail and commercial. They currently have a number of warehouse and industrial projects that require a job running Architect to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Preparing working drawings, building regulations and specifications
  • Site visits
  • Attend project meetings
  • Running industrial based projects across all RIBA stages
  • Supervising and managing team member.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part III qualified Architect with a minimum of 4 years post qualification experience
  • Experience in working on UK based industrial projects is essential
  • Experience in using AutoCAD or Revit
  • Confident in working directly with clients
  • Must have a thorough knowledge of the construction stages and experience in the delivery of projects.
