Architect – Chesham, Buckinghamshire

A successful practice specialising in high end residential and commercial projects, looking for a capable Architect to join the team.

The practice are specialists in the design and delivery of unique new build bespoke homes for private clients in London and the Home Counties, their completed and recent work include both new build developments and projects, including Listed buildings.

Role & Responsibilities

As a result of company expansion my client is looking for an Architect to run projects across all RIBA stages on high end residential, small housing developments and commercial projects, and assist on site for additional projects.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years UK experience
• ARB registered Architect
• Residential project experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• Able to hit the ground running
• Ideally based locally to the practice

Salary & Package

You will receive a salary between £30,000 – £40,000 depending on experience.
