Role & Responsibilities

• Run projects and manage resources across multiple RIBA stages, ensuring programme and quality objectives are achieved.
• Deliver high-quality design and technical packages using Revit to support coordinated and accurate project outputs.
• Work closely with team members and report to senior or associate staff to ensure aligned project delivery.
• Attend client, stakeholder and contractor meetings, contributing to effective communication and project coordination.
• Carry out site visits and inspections to monitor progress and support construction stage delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants to ensure integrated design solutions across all project disciplines.
• Maintain compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards throughout project stages.

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part III experience within UK architectural practice.
• Confident working across all RIBA stages with proven ability to manage project delivery.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for producing and coordinating technical and design information.
• Experience working on education, residential or mixed-use projects within a UK context is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations, detailing and construction methodologies.
• Strong communication and organisational skills to liaise effectively with clients and contractors.
• Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and design quality.
