Role & Responsibilities

• Run architectural projects across multiple RIBA stages ensuring delivery meets programme and quality requirements
• Produce high quality design and technical drawing packages using Revit software
• Manage project resources and coordinate with internal teams and consultants
• Report to senior and associate level staff on project progress and delivery
• Attend client, stakeholder, and contractor meetings as part of project coordination
• Carry out site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality
• Support collaboration across teams to deliver consistent project outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three to five years post Part III UK architectural experience
• Experience working across all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
• Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for design and technical delivery
• Background in education, residential, or mixed use projects beneficial
• Good knowledge of UK building regulations and construction processes
• Ability to manage deadlines and coordinate with clients and contractors effectively
• Strong communication skills for team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Professional approach to project delivery and design quality
