Role & Responsibilities

• Produce detailed design and technical drawing packages to support project delivery from stage 3 onwards
• Use Revit daily to develop coordinated models and construction information across project stages
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure consistent design quality and project coordination
• Report to senior and associate level staff to support design development and technical outputs
• Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors to support project communication
• Visit site when required to review progress and ensure alignment with design intent
• Assist with coordination of information across disciplines to maintain project timelines and accuracy

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum two years post Part III experience within a UK architectural practice environment
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD for design and technical drawing production
• Previous experience working on residential or conservation projects is desirable
• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction processes
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to meet project deadlines and deliverables
• Experience communicating with clients, stakeholders, and contractors across project stages
• Strong organisational skills to manage tasks effectively within project programmes
• Located within commuting distance of Brighton or willing to relocate within reasonable travel time
