Due to continued project growth and new workload opportunities, the team is now seeking an Architect to support ongoing delivery and contribute to future project success. Role & Responsibilities

• Working across a varied portfolio of residential, commercial, and conservation-based architectural projects
• Producing detailed design and technical drawing packages across multiple project delivery stages
• Supporting project delivery throughout all RIBA stages from concept through to completion
• Using Revit daily to develop coordinated architectural models and technical documentation packages
• Working collaboratively within a supportive architectural team across multiple active project sectors
• Attending client meetings and communicating project updates as required throughout delivery stages
• Contributing to technical coordination and ensuring drawing information remains accurate and consistent

Skills & Experience Required

• Part III qualified Architect with strong understanding of UK architectural project delivery processes
• Minimum three years of professional UK project experience within architectural practice environments
• Experience delivering projects successfully across all RIBA stages within varied project sectors
• Strong technical drawing and detailing abilities using industry-standard architectural delivery processes
• Revit experience highly beneficial although ongoing software training will be provided internally
• Ability to work collaboratively within a client-focused and supportive studio team environment
• Strong communication skills with confidence attending meetings and discussing project requirements professionally

• Salary offered between £36,000 – £40,000 depending on experience and suitability
