Architect - Billingshurst, West Sussex

A successful and growing, privately owned housing developer based in a purpose built office in the countryside of West Sussex, now seek an experienced Architect to work for their in-house design team to work on bespoke residential projects.

Established 12 years ago, the company have grown and exceeded massively. Due to careful planning and management, they are now a major strategic land owner. By joining the technical team, you will be working closely alongside the planning, design, building and sales teams. With a sole focus on housing developments with projects varying in size from 7 to 600 homes.

Due to an increase in current project sizes and continued success within the business, they are looking to employ an experienced Architect.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working on a variety of housing and site-specific projects across the UK and will be required to produce drawings to a high standard using AutoCAD.
You will be working closely with external planning professionals and the technical team.

Required Skills & Experience

• A minimum of -5 years post qualification experience
• Experience working on UK based residential projects
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience with large scale new build schemes would be highly advantageous but is not essential
• Due to the location, you will require your own transport

Salary & Package

This role offers a salary of between £42,000 and £45,000 depending on experience. In addition to this competitive salary, the practice will also offer an annual bonus scheme and a holiday allowance of 24 days, excluding bank holidays.
