Role & Responsibilities
- Support architectural projects across all RIBA stages under senior guidance, ensuring coordinated delivery and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with heritage consultants and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated design solutions.
- Contribute to design development and technical detailing for projects involving historic buildings.
- Apply conservation principles and sustainable design strategies throughout project stages.
- Assist with managing project budgets, fee proposals and resource planning.
- Produce coordinated drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD and specification tools.
- Attend site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate project information and contribute to effective team communication.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect with Part 3 qualification and minimum four years experience in UK practice.
- Strong design ability with attention to detail and high-quality drawing production capability.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation work.
- Working knowledge of Revit and NBS for BIM coordination and technical documentation.
- Experience supporting project running and involvement in contract administration processes.
- Understanding of UK building regulations, planning requirements and statutory compliance.
- Interest in conservation architecture and working within historic contexts.
- Strong communication skills supporting collaboration with clients, consultants and project teams.
