Job Summary
Architect Job Bermondsey, London offers an opportunity to join a leading architecture practice working on complex heritage and conservation projects. Role & Responsibilities
- Support project delivery across all RIBA stages, ensuring quality, programme and budget requirements are achieved.
- Apply conservation principles to historic buildings in line with heritage regulations and best practice standards.
- Contribute to design development, technical detailing and sustainable design solutions across projects.
- Assist senior architects in managing client relationships and preparing design proposals and presentations.
- Undertake site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with building regulations and conservation requirements.
- Produce coordinated drawings and documentation using Revit, AutoCAD and specification tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated and efficient project delivery.
- Maintain accurate project information and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Skills & Experience Required
- ARB registered Architect with Part 3 qualification and minimum two years UK project experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS for coordinated drawing production and specification development.
- Strong design and technical skills with attention to detail across complex project requirements.
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations, planning processes and statutory compliance requirements.
- Experience working across all RIBA stages within a UK architectural practice environment.
- Interest in conservation architecture or progress towards a recognised conservation qualification.
- Strong communication skills supporting effective collaboration with clients and project teams.
- Ability to manage workload effectively while contributing to team-based project delivery.
