Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver architectural projects across all RIBA work stages with clear design intent and technical accuracy
• Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction packages for bespoke residential developments
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure integrated project delivery outcomes
• Lead or support planning applications with strong understanding of UK planning requirements and policies
• Produce high quality technical detailing that meets building regulations and construction standards
• Manage workload independently while contributing effectively within multidisciplinary project teams
• Attend site meetings and inspections to ensure design compliance during construction phases

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum three years of professional experience within architectural practice delivering UK based projects
