Role & Responsibilities

• Support senior team members in delivering high-quality design solutions across projects of varying scale and complexity.
• Assist with design development and technical detailing to ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare clear drawings, models and presentations that communicate design intent effectively to clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to sustainable design approaches by integrating energy-efficient strategies into project proposals and delivery.
• Use BIM processes and software to coordinate design information and support accurate project documentation outputs.
• Assist with client communication and help prepare engaging design proposals and presentation materials.
• Collaborate with wider studio teams to maintain design quality and ensure coordinated project delivery across all stages.
• Stay informed on industry trends and contribute to continuous learning within the team environment.

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with Part 3 or equivalent professional qualification within a UK practice setting.
• Strong design and drawing skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly through multiple formats.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS software for technical delivery and coordinated documentation.
• Experience working across all RIBA stages with an understanding of project workflows and outputs.
• Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes within architectural projects.
• Experience working on existing or heritage buildings is desirable but not essential for this role.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and enthusiastic approach to project work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in client-facing situations.
