Role & Responsibilities

• Work across design, planning, technical and delivery stages on varied architectural projects
• Develop design proposals, drawing packages and coordinated information for consultant review
• Support project teams throughout planning submissions technical design and construction stages
• Liaise with clients consultants contractors and stakeholders during active project delivery
• Contribute to design reviews coordination meetings and wider studio project discussions
• Create sustainable practical and inclusive architecture responding to user requirements
• Work across education SEND residential healthcare and community focused project sectors
• Support successful project delivery while maintaining quality accuracy and technical standards

Skills & Experience Required

• ARB registered Architect with experience delivering UK based architectural projects
• Strong design and technical capability across planning delivery and construction stages
• Confident preparing project information drawing packages and technical documentation
• Good understanding of UK building regulations planning procedures and statutory requirements
• Experience working across RIBA stages within collaborative multidisciplinary project teams
• Strong communication skills when coordinating with clients consultants and contractors
• Revit experience would be beneficial for coordinated design and technical production
• Interest in sustainable inclusive design across education healthcare and residential sectors

Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £55,000 depending on experience and capability
