Role & Responsibilities

• Take a key technical lead role within the studio and support effective delivery of active leisure schemes
• Manage leisure projects through relevant RIBA stages while maintaining design quality and agreed programme milestones
• Design in accordance with statutory requirements and coordinate technical information throughout each project stage
• Lead client meetings and presentations with a confident, decisive and professional approach to project communication
• Use Revit and AutoCAD to develop coordinated architectural information for leisure and wet-side design projects
• Support the delivery of leisure centres, wellness centres, gyms, community hubs and swimming pool schemes
• Work closely with the studio team to resolve technical issues and keep project delivery moving effectively

Skills & Experience Required

• Minimum five years post qualification experience
• Proven project-running experience with responsibility for coordinating work through multiple RIBA project stages
• Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Client-facing experience with the ability to lead meetings, presentations and project discussions effectively
• Experience relevant to leisure centres, wellness centres, gyms, community hubs or swimming pool projects
