Architect / Architectural Technologist Job Chichester with a successful multi-sector architectural practice.  The role is based in Chichester and supports industrial, logistics and commercial schemes from early viability through technical delivery. UK industrial experience and Revit proficiency are essential for candidates joining the project team.

You will work across feasibility, commercial viability and space planning for industrial and logistics development opportunities. The role also covers technical design and delivery for warehouse, commercial, drive-thru and roadside commercial schemes. Applicants may be Architects or Architectural Technologists with relevant UK experience and strong technical capability.

Role & Responsibilities

• Support early-stage feasibility and commercial viability work for UK industrial and logistics development opportunities
• Prepare space planning studies for warehouse, commercial, drive-thru and roadside commercial project requirements
• Develop coordinated design information using Revit across relevant project stages and technical workstreams
• Contribute to technical design and delivery for industrial, logistics and wider commercial development schemes
• Work across projects from early viability stages through detailed technical design and delivery requirements

Skills & Experience Required

• Demonstrable UK industrial experience gained across relevant architectural design, coordination and project delivery stages
• Strong Revit proficiency for producing, developing and coordinating accurate architectural and technical project information
• Experience working on industrial and logistics projects, including warehouse developments within the United Kingdom
• Experience contributing to commercial schemes, including drive-thru or roadside commercial projects where relevant
• Capability across feasibility, viability and space planning during early stages of industrial development projects
• Technical design and delivery experience supporting projects through later architectural design and technical delivery stages
