Role & Responsibilities

• Work on early-stage design and concept development across residential and commercial project sectors
• Contribute to feasibility studies, planning applications and design reviews to support project progression
• Collaborate with Directors and team members to develop creative and practical design solutions
• Produce drawings, presentations and 3D visuals for client meetings and design communication
• Liaise with clients, consultants and local authorities throughout the design development process
• Support project coordination ensuring design outputs meet quality and regulatory standards
• Manage workload effectively across multiple projects to meet deadlines and programme requirements
• Participate in internal design discussions contributing ideas and feedback to improve project outcomes

Skills & Experience Required

• Qualified Architect with ARB registration and experience within the UK architecture sector
• Strong design and conceptual thinking ability with a focus on early-stage project development
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for design and presentation work
• Knowledge of UK planning processes and building regulations relevant to project delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills when engaging with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines across multiple live projects
• Experience producing design drawings and visual material to support planning submissions
• Collaborative approach with the ability to contribute positively within a team environment

Salary & Benefits

• Salary between £40,000 and £58,000 depending on experience and design capability
