Role & Responsibilities
- Work on bespoke conservation and heritage projects across London and the UK
- Lead small project teams ensuring delivery meets programme and quality standards
- Produce high quality design and technical drawing packages across RIBA stages
- Focus on stage 4 onwards delivering detailed construction information
- Communicate with clients and attend site visits and project meetings
- Carry out research to support conservation and refurbishment works
- Report progress to senior team members and support project coordination
- Produce detailed joinery drawings and traditional design elements
Skills & Experience Required
- Part III qualified Architect with minimum three years UK professional experience
- Experience working on traditional, high end, or classical architectural projects
- Strong understanding of conservation and refurbishment of historic buildings
- Good technical ability with focus on detailed design and construction stages
- Passion for classical architecture and traditional building methods
- Experience using ArchiCAD beneficial with training provided if required
- Strong communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction
- Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines across multiple projects
Salary & Benefits
- Salary range between £37,000 and £48,000 depending on experience and level
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional Christmas leave
