ArchiCAD Skilled Architectural Assistant, Winchester – Hampshire

Our client is a large, established and multi award winning architectural practice based in Winchester. Their work spans across many sectors including residential from high-end private houses through to large masterplanning projects of 5000+ units as well as commercial and historic buildings.
Due to a major new project they have a requirement for an Architectural Assistant to join them to work on the master planning stages of a project on a initial contract of 2 to 3 months.

Role & Responsibilities

The successful candidate would be working in a masterplanning capacity taking designs from the director and producing high quality drawing in ArchiCAD
You would also work with the urban design team on larger developments as required.

Required Skills & Experience

Part II Qualified (or equivalent)
A minimum of 1 years UK experience
Working proficiency in using ArchiCAD is essential
Experience working on all residential project types, particularly large scale developments would be preferable
Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and British Standards
Experience with Master Planning

Salary & Package

The role would offer a salary of £20 – £24 per hour depending on experience.
