3D Visualizer- Northamptonshire

This well-established practice is committed to offering a complete architectural service and looking forward they now require a 3D visualizer to join the sociable and friendly visualization team.

With over 60 employees spread over 5 offices across the country, the practice has a broad portfolio including residential, education and commercial projects.
You would be working within the visualisation team made up of 3 people supporting the design team from the head office in Kettering.

Role & Responsibilities

Working alongside the design team the successful candidate will be required to produce visualisations for a number of residential and education based projects.
You will be expected to produce excellent visuals for both architectural exteriors and interiors.

Required Skills & Experience

The successful applicant should be able to work across a range of presentation techniques including:
– Using SketchUp / overlaying with colour in Photoshop
– Photoshop of materials over a 2D and/or 3D drawing
– Creating renders to a professional standard
– High-quality CGI skills are also desirable but not essential.
– Skilled with the use Autodesk, 3d Studio max, VRay, Adobe, and Photoshop.
– You should be able to work independently or as part of a team as required.
– Have a background working in architectural projects and be able to demonstrate this in a portfolio.

Salary

The role would offer a salary of £25,000 Dependant on experience.
